Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here.
Money stress is never just about the numbers. It’s one of the top sources of tension and conflict in relationships. Whether you’re dealing with differing money values, communication breakdowns, or financial secrecy, it’s easy to feel disconnected. At Merge Financial Therapy, I help couples get on the same page about money—not just logistically, but emotionally. Together, we explore the beliefs, fears, family dynamics, and unmet needs that shape how each partner approaches finances.
I’m Rikki Rogers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Financial Therapist™ (CFT™), Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®), and the founder of Merge Financial Therapy. I specialize in helping individuals and couples understand the emotional and relational roots of their financial challenges—so they can move toward clarity, connection, and lasting change.
